The duration varies; individual services are completed within three business days, while packages may take up to a week for career services and up to a month for school-related services.

Billing

Details on service costs are available on our website or by contacting our team directly.

Individual services necessitate full payment upon request, while payment for packages is anticipated post-acceptance. Moreover, the option to split package payments into up to three installments is available for your convenience.

Complete refunds can be requested within the first 24 hours of booking or in specific instances where the client is dissatisfied with our service, with a commitment to providing a full refund if feasible. However, refunds will not be processed once the service has commenced.

We accept various payment methods. Details can be found on our website or by contacting our billing department.

For services priced at US$300 and below, a single upfront installment payment is mandatory. In the case of services exceeding US$300, a minimum deposit of 40% of the full service price (including tax) is required. The remaining balance can be settled through two equal installments within a 2-month period. It’s important to note that the outstanding balance of a package may be requested following the initial document delivery for Snydex Consulting Group to finalize the service.

Failure to make payments or missing payment dates may lead to the suspension or cancellation of services until communication regarding payment is established with the accounting team. Clients who neglect subsequent payment dates without prior communication will forfeit both their deposits and the service. By proceeding with your service, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and agreed to these payment terms.

Education Services

Recommendations are offered in the Intermediate or Comprehensive packages. In the Basic package and individual services, clients determine the preferred school and program.
